Stephanie Clements, MD

Dr. Stephanie Clements is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. She specializes in the treatment of skin cancer, including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, and other rare forms of skin cancer, but also sees patients for general and cosmetic dermatology. She thrives on providing compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Dr. Clements is a Maryland native, originally from Annapolis. She attended Broadneck High School and graduated with honors from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, where she also played Division I lacrosse. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine Internship at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore.

Dr. Clements completed her dermatology residency at the University of Maryland, where she served as the Chief Resident. She then completed her Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology fellowship at nationally-recognized Scripps Clinic in San Diego, CA under Dr. Hugh Greenway, who trained with Dr. Frederic Mohs (the inventor of Mohs surgery). During her fellowship, she was a part of a multidisciplinary team of specialists including Head and Neck Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Oncology, and Radiation Oncology. She also received extensive training in laser and cosmetic dermatology.

She is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American College of Mohs Surgery. She was named Annapolis Top Doc by What’s Up? Magazine for 2023-2024.

Dr. Clements and her husband live in Severna Park with their daughter and chocolate Labrador. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Lesley Sutherland, MD

Dr. Lesley Sutherland is an Annapolis native. She grew up on the Chesapeake Bay and has been an active sailor and boater throughout her childhood and adult life. She is a graduate of Severn School in Severna Park and attended Connecticut College where she was a member of the competitive collegiate sailing team. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine Internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Her dermatology residency was completed at the University of Maryland and she currently acts as a clinical instructor to the University of Maryland Dermatology residents through her faculty position at the Baltimore VA Medical Center.

She is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Maryland Dermatology Society. Her interests include acne, inflammatory skin disease, and early skin cancer detection and treatment. Her practice focuses on medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She was named Annapolis Top Doc by What’s Up? Magazine for 2021-2022 and 2023-2024.

Dr. Sutherland currently lives in Annapolis with her husband and their two daughters. They also have a chocolate lab named Pheobe. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, and being on the water.

  • Dr. Natalia Biles is a board-certified dermatologist. Dr. Biles was born and raised in Bethesda, Maryland. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Economics and Pre-Medical Sciences from Columbia University in New York, NY. She received her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons where she graduated at the top of her class with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. She completed her Internal Medicine internship at the University of Maryland Medical Center and then completed her Dermatology residency at Johns Hopkins.

    Dr. Biles received the Top Doc Award for the greater Annapolis area in 2023-2024, recognizing her as a top doctor and dermatologist in the area.

    Dr. Biles professional interests include skin cancer prevention, screening and treatment, adult and teenage acne, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss and all diseases of the skin. Her goal is to provide the highest quality, patient-centered care available and she greatly enjoys the challenge of personalizing her medical, surgical, and cosmetic expertise for each patient.

    She is a first-generation Venezuelan and is fluent in Spanish. In her free time Dr. Biles loves to stay active running and hiking, and she also loves cooking and spending time with her family.

  • Rachel Midwinter grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University. Following graduation, she began her career as a medical assistant in a dermatology practice, where she discovered her passion for dermatological care. It was during this time she had the privilege of assisting a distinguished dermatologist and Johns Hopkins Clinical Professor, where she acquired invaluable skills and knowledge. This solidified her desire to pursue a career in dermatology. Rachel furthered her education at Shenandoah University, earning a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. During her studies, Rachel’s compassion for those in need led her to participate in a medical mission trip to Ghana, where she gained valuable experience in providing healthcare with limited resources.

    After completing her education, Rachel began practicing as a Dermatology Physician Assistant in Virginia, where she became adept at diagnosing rashes and treating conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, warts, and screening for skin cancers. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve healthy, radiant skin by providing a range of cosmetic treatments including botox, microneedling, and laser. Rachel is committed to upholding the highest standards of care for her patients.

    She is licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians, board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants where she is completing a Diplomate Fellowship Program.

    Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband in their hometown of Annapolis, Maryland. She is an avid runner and loves being outdoors hiking or out on the water. Rachel also enjoys traveling- her favorite trip being the month she spent in Thailand.
